5E Advanced Materials, Inc. is a boron and lithium company. The Company supplies boron specialty and advanced materials, complemented by lithium co-product production. Its business is based on its domestic boron and lithium resources in Southern California. It holds 100% of the rights either through ownership or leasehold interest in Fort Cady through its wholly owned subsidiary, 5E Boron Americas, LLC (5E Boron Americas). 5E Boron Americas is based on a conventional colemanite deposit, which is a hydrated calcium borate mineral found in evaporite deposits. The deposit hosts a mineral resource from which the Company focuses on extracting and processing into boric acid, boron advanced materials, lithium carbonate, and potentially other co-products. The Company's subsidiaries include American Pacific Borates Limited, Fort Cady Holdings Pty Ltd, and other.
