SYDNEY, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Four people were critically injured in an accident at Australia's biggest theme park, police said on Tuesday.
The accident took place at Dreamworld, on the Gold Coast tourist district in Queensland state, state police said on their official Twitter account.
"Four people have been critically injured at Dreamworld. There is nothing further we can confirm at this stage," the tweet said.
Local media said the accident occurred on a ride called the "Thunder Rapids River Ride".
Police said they will give more details at press conference later on Tuesday.
