Sept 18 (Reuters) - Sealink Travel Group Ltd SLK.AX :

* Slk media release, acquisition and capital raise SLK.AX

* Deal for purchase price of $125 million

* Purchase consideration includes vendors acquiring $8 million of Sealink shares $40 million non-underwritten placement

* Purchase price is $125 million

* Says the transaction is expected to be materially earnings per share and EBITDA accretive in the first full financial year

* Says Sealink will fund the purchase through placement of approximately 16 million shares in Sealink

* Sealink has entered into a binding funding letter with anz banking group (anz)

* Sealink fleet of vessels to increase from 27 to 60

* Says based on purchase price of $125 million, additional bank funding for the acquisition will be approximately $57 million

* Entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the securities in the transit systems marine business
