June 20 (Reuters) - Financial bookmakers see Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index opening up 169-171 points on Monday, or as much as 2.8 percent, according to financial bookmakers, with futures FFIc1 up 2.8 percent ahead of the cash market open.
