HSBC raised its recommendation for the Spanish utility to "buy" from "hold" and target price to 11.5 euros from 10.8 euros. ACS.MC
Spain's builder ACS will bid for a railway station in Canada with a budget estimated at about 577 million euros, financial daily Expansion reported on Wednesday.
Also, Australian company Cimic CIM.AX , which ACS controls indirectly through Germany's Hochtief HOTG.DE , announced its UGL division has been awarded rail contracts worth A$180 million.
