BBVA BBVA.MC

Italy's Intesa Sanpaolo ISP.MI is interested in Garanti BBVA Romania, the Spanish bank's unit in Romania and the 10th largest bank by assets in that country, a person familiar with the matter said on Thursday. ACS.MC

Shares of ACS's Australian unit CIMIC CIM.AX partly recovered from a severe decline on Thursday caused by the announcement of exit from Middle East. S&P Global said CIMIC's rating was unaffected by Mideast exit. CAF.MC , Talgo TLGO.MC , Stadler SRAIL.S , Alstom ALSO.PA

CAF, Talgo, Stadler and Alstom bid for 2.7 billion euro train contract from Spanish state-run train operator Renfe, said Expansion.
