SEOUL, May 11 (Reuters) - Korean Southern Power Co Ltd (KOSPO) bought a total of 435,000 tonnes of coal for loading between July and August via a tender that closed on Monday, a source from the utility said on Thursday.
The utility purchased the coal products from the port of Newcastle in Australia at mid $70 per tonne on a free-on-board (FOB) basis, the source said.
