Investing.com – Morocco stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Telecoms, Construction & Building Materials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares added 0.50%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Alliances (CS:ADI), which rose 9.98% or 6 points to trade at 65 at the close. Meanwhile, Stroc Industrie (CS:STR) added 5.36% or 4.40 points to end at 86.40 and Maghreb Oxygene (CS:OXYG) was up 5.26% or 5.00 points to 100.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Realis. Mecaniques (CS:SRM), which fell 10.00% or 18.70 points to trade at 168.30 at the close. Taslif (CS:TSF1) declined 5.98% or 2.32 points to end at 36.42 and Maghrebail (CS:MAB) was down 5.66% or 45 points to 750.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 18 to 18 and 5 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for August delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $52.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.18% or 0.10 to hit $58.72 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 0.22% or 2.60 to trade at $1161.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.40% to 10.8480, while USD/MAD fell 0.64% to 9.7410.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.66% at 96.03.
