Moho Resources Ltd (ASX:MOH) has thanked managing director and founding director Ralph Winter for his “significant contribution” to the company following his resignation which took effect on June 30, 2024.
Winter guided the company through listing on the ASX where he was appointed commercial director in 2018. He has served in the managing director role since his appointment in July 2022.
“An instrumental role”
Moho said that during his tenure, Winter “played an instrumental role in growing the company’s project portfolio and establishing the company’s exploration credentials within the industry.
“The board would like to wish Mr Winter well for his future endeavours.”
New director
The company has also announced the appointment of Bryce Gould as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Gould is a corporate advisor with more than six years of experience and a recent focus on small cap resources, industrial and technology companies. Prior to this, he was a project engineer in the resources space for more than six years.
The new director is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is qualified in finance and engineering.
