Lindian Resources Ltd has appointed Ben Donovan as company secretary, tapping into a wealth of ASX compliance and corporate government experience.

Donovan previously served a three-year stint as a senior adviser at the ASX in Perth, carrying extensive experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance.

Board reshuffle ahead of project development

LIN has made several changes to its board as the development of the Kangankunde Rare Earths Project has ramped up, also appointing Robert Martin as non-executive chair and director and Blake Steele as a non-executive director.

The company has been advancing Kangankunde at pace, recently securing US$50 million in funding through a non-binding term sheet with Gerald Group — one of the world's largest independent and employee-owned metals trading houses.
