Dynamic Metals Ltd (ASX:DYM) has a portfolio of assets in Western Australia that are strategically located in highly prospective regions with substantial exploration targets generated across lithium, nickel, copper, PGE (platinum-group elements) and gold.
The projects are in established mining jurisdictions and near necessary infrastructure including road, rail and processing facilities.
Widgiemooltha Project
The Widgiemooltha Project is about 550 kilometres east of Perth and centred 100 kilometres south of Kalgoorlie.
Widgiemooltha lies within a known corridor of world-class komatiitic nickel sulphide deposits and orogenic gold deposits and historic exploration activities have been centred on these two commodities.
More recently the area has emerged as a significant lithium belt with three lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite related mines developed in the past few years.

Last month, Dynamic’s initial soil sampling at the Spargos East prospect within Widgiemooltha yielded substantial lithium concentrations with soil assays showing up to 409 parts per million (ppm) Li2O.
These findings are further bolstered by significant rubidium, tantalum and caesium results, which point to a potentially rich lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) type pegmatite presence.
Dynamic's comprehensive reconnaissance program across its project portfolio has garnered some 880 soil samples from the Spargos East and Franks Far Southeast prospects.
The first batch of 300 assays from Spargos East has revealed a strong and consistent lithium trend, with concentrations exceeding 60 ppm lithium.
Spargos East sits within the prolific Widgiemooltha area, known for its lithium belt and proximity to established spodumene deposits. It joins the recently identified lithium target at Pioneer Dome West.
The area is recognised for hosting several notable projects, including Mt Marion, Bald Hill and Buldania, all of which give significance to Dynamic's recent findings.
It’s also close to mining infrastructure, being only 14 kilometres south of Mineral Resources’ Mt Marion lithium mining and processing operations.
Next up, Dynamic Metals is set to embark on an infill soil sampling phase to refine potential drilling targets for 2024.
This step will allow the company to refine its assessment of the mineral richness of the area and determine the feasibility of mining operations.
The company also plans to review and fulfil any necessary permitting requirements in preparation for the anticipated drilling activities.
Lake Percy Project
The Lake Percy Project is about 120 kilometres to the west of Norseman in Western Australia's Goldfields Region.
Dynamic’s tenements are centred around the northern extension of the Lake Johnston greenstone belt, which hosts the Emily Ann and Maggie Hays nickel mines and the more recent Medcalf spodumene discovery by Charger Metals.

Last month, Dynamic completed an extensive phase two nickel exploration drilling program at the Lake Percy Project.
The program encompassed five reverse circulation (RC) drill holes, covering a total depth of 924 metres.
With assays from this latest campaign expected by the end of January 2024, Dynamic Metals anticipates using these results to further refine its geological models.
The company will then consider additional drilling or possibly DHEM investigations as part of the next phase of exploration.
Deep Well Project
The Deep Well Project is about 30 kilometres east to southeast of Meekatharra and is a joint venture between M61 Holdings Pty Ltd (20%) and Dynamic (80%).
Dynamic’s exploration plans are to follow up on newly identified and untested nickel sulphide gossans outcropping over a 6km strike along the interpreted greenstone.
With the progress of land access requirements delayed by the repeal of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021, the company has moved planned exploration activities into the second half of 2024.
