Dow Futures Tick Higher Ahead of NFP Data, Earnings Continue

Investing.com - U.S. stock futures were little changed during Thursday’s evening deals, following a mixed session among major benchmark indices as market participants digested a fresh slew of earnings results ahead of Friday’s NFP data.

By 7:10pm ET (11:10pm GMT) Dow Jones Futures, S&P 500 Futures, and Nasdaq 100 Futures were each 0.1% higher.

In extended deals, Cloudflare (NYSE:NET) lifted 21% after reporting Q2 EPS of $0.00, slightly beating expected losses of $0.01 per share, while revenue for the quarter came in at $234.5 million versus $227.3 million expected.

AMC Entertainment (NYSE:AMC) fell 11.1% after the company reported Q2 losses of $0.20 per share, versus expected losses of $0.19 per share.

Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD) dipped 11% after reporting Q2 losses of $1.50 per share, worse than expected EPS of $0.12. Revenue came in at $9.83 billion $11.87 billion expected.

Atlassian (NASDAQ:TEAM) added 10.5% after reporting Q4 EPS of $0.27, in-line with analyst expectations, while revenue came in at $760 million versus $723.7 million expected.

Block Inc (NYSE:SQ) shed 7.1% after reporting Q2 EPS of $0.18, beating expectations of $0.16 on revenues of $4.4 billion versus $4.33 billion expected.

DoorDash Inc (NYSE:DASH) lifted 13.7% after the company reported Q2 losses of $0.72 per share, worse than expected losses of $0.21 per share. Revenue was reported at $1.61 billion, beating the $1.52 billion expected.

Twilio (NYSE:TWLO) fell 7.5% after reporting Q2 losses of $0.11 per share, better than expected losses of $0.19 per share, while revenue came in at $943.35 million versus $921.63 million expected.

During Thursday’s regular trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average shed 85.7 points or 0.3% to 32,726.8, the S&P 500 eased 0.1% to close at 4,151.9, and the NASDAQ Composite lifted 0.4% to 12,720.6.

On the bond markets, United States 10-Year rates were at 2.692%.
