Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.86% to hit a new 1-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CO:AMBUb), which rose 1.76% or 3.2 points to trade at 185.2 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 0.63% or 2.2 points to end at 348.8 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) was up 0.57% or 1.8 points to 316.8 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which lost 3.11% or 12.5 points to trade at 389.8 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 2.57% or 28.0 points to end at 1062.5 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 1.94% or 6.4 points to 323.2.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 88 to 37 and 17 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.51% or 0.35 to $68.42 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.31% or 0.24 to hit $77.85 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.53% or 6.40 to trade at $1207.50 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.54% to 6.3820, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4607.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.47% at 94.06.
