Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Consumer Services and Industrials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.31%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 1.13% or 4.3 points to trade at 383.7 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) added 0.48% or 1.5 points to end at 311.2 and Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) was up 0.47% or 2.5 points to 538.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 2.93% or 42.0 points to trade at 1390.0 in late trade. DSV (CO:DSV) declined 2.72% or 12.9 points to end at 460.5 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 2.23% or 4.9 points to 215.1.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 59 to 50 and 27 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.97% or 1.51 to $49.28 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.65% or 1.51 to hit $55.49 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 2.69 to trade at $1275.89 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.12% to 6.3480, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4433.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.06% at 93.71.
