Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.14%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which rose 1.02% or 3.3 points to trade at 326.1 at the close. TDC A/S (CO:TDC) added 0.79% or 0.30 points to end at 38.36 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 0.51% or 1.0 points to 197.8 in late trade.
Biggest losers included FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which lost 4.21% or 14.5 points to trade at 329.7 in late trade. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 3.92% or 15.7 points to end at 384.5 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) shed 1.78% or 4.20 points to 232.20.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 84 to 41 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.76% or 1.01 to $58.41 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 1.77% or 1.11 to hit $63.74 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.98% or 12.47 to trade at $1285.67 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.09% to 6.2462, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4415.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.30% at 92.69.
