Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare, Industrials and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.14%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG), which rose 1.18% or 4.30 points to trade at 369.60 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) added 1.15% or 6.5 points to end at 571.5 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was up 1.05% or 2.6 points to 250.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which lost 3.51% or 8.0 points to trade at 220.0 in late trade. DSV (CO:DSV) declined 1.27% or 6.1 points to end at 473.4 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 0.88% or 100 points to 11200.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 62 to 53 and 18 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.86% or 0.93 to $50.91 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 2.20% or 1.23 to hit $57.03 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.04% or 0.52 to trade at $1276.28 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.42% to 6.3556, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4428.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.44% at 93.72.
