Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Financials and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.04%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 3.69% or 11.2 points to trade at 315.0 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) added 1.77% or 180 points to end at 10360 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 1.21% or 130 points to 10840 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which lost 1.31% or 5.7 points to trade at 428.8 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 1.06% or 11.0 points to end at 1029.0 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) shed 0.70% or 0.27 points to 38.13.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 80 to 54 and 13 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.90% or 0.54 to $60.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.09% or 0.72 to hit $66.88 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.76% or 9.80 to trade at $1307.00 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.68% to 6.1917, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4444.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.57% at 91.81.
