Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Oil & Gas sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.01% to hit a new 6-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 0.97% or 5.4 points to trade at 563.0 at the close. GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 0.79% or 1.5 points to end at 197.4 and Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) was up 0.61% or 1.9 points to 304.7 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA), which lost 1.99% or 1.46 points to trade at 72.06 in late trade. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.65% or 3.80 points to end at 225.90 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) shed 1.22% or 6.2 points to 503.4.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 94 to 30 and 19 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.88% or 1.23 to $64.22 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.25% or 0.86 to hit $67.72 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.03% or 0.40 to trade at $1337.70 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.31% to 5.9941, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4442.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.34% at 89.34.
