Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Financials sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Celsia SA (CN:CEL), which rose 1.45% or 50.0 points to trade at 3500.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH) added 0.51% or 60.0 points to end at 11760.0 and Empresa De Energia De Bogota (CN:EEB) was up 0.30% or 5.0 points to 1690.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU), which fell 10.04% or 1040.0 points to trade at 9320.0 at the close. Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) declined 4.70% or 75.0 points to end at 1520.0 and Grupo Inversiones Suramericana (CN:SIS) was down 3.68% or 1300.0 points to 34000.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 24 to 6 and 1 ended unchanged.
US coffee C for December delivery was down 2.57% or 3.20 to $121.15 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 0.55% or 17.00 to hit $3127.50 , while the December Gold contract rose 0.64% or 7.20 to trade at $1139.70 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.67% to 3054.90, while BRL/COP fell 2.25% to 828.87.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.63% at 95.35.
