Biggest losers included Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO), which lost 2.62% or 35.0 points to trade at 1300.0 in late trade. Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p) declined 2.53% or 280.0 points to end at 10800.0 and Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) shed 2.50% or 65.0 points to 2530.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 24 to 2 and 2 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for December delivery was down 1.16% or 1.75 to $148.98 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 0.70% or 19.50 to hit $2801.50 , while the December Gold contract fell 0.31% or 4.05 to trade at $1321.55 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 1.41% to 2977.00, while BRL/COP fell 0.69% to 898.26.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.46% at 95.56.
