Brookside Energy Ltd (ASX:BRK, OTC:RDFEF) is drilling ahead in the lateral section of the Rocket Well in the core of the southern SCOOP Play in Oklahoma’s Anadarko Basin with the well currently at a measured depth of ~13,178 feet.
All operations are continuing safely, on budget and on time at Rocket, which is the fourth well in the company’s multi-well Flames-Maroons Development Plan (FMDP).
This 'wine rack' style program is targeting the Sycamore Lime and Woodford Shale formations in the SCOOP area of the southern Anadarko Basin, an area proving highly productive.

The company also advises that pre-fabrication work on the Sanford Pad tank battery has commenced off-site.
Screenings have been delivered on-site to bring the battery location to grade in preparation for battery tankage and vessels being delivered to the location in the coming weeks.
Of the four wells in the FMDP program, three were drilled from the Sanford Pad - the Fleury, Maroons and Iginla wells. The final well, the Rocket Well, is being drilled from the Flames Well pad.
