* Macmahon has commenced legal action in Nigeria as part of efforts to resolve the dispute and remains in negotiations with its workforce

* Financial impact of the current industrial action is not yet known as it remains ongoing

* Workers at one of its operations in Nigeria are currently engaged in industrial action following a dispute over end of project redundancy payments

* The impact on macmahon's contract with its client is also unclear
