Oct 7 (Reuters) - Konekt Ltd KKT.AX :
* Konekt agrees to acquire workplace health solution providers KKT.AX
* The combined consideration for both businesses will be satisfied from existing cash reserves
* Says the combined acquisitions are anticipated to contribute revenues to Konekt (post completion) of approximately $2.8M in FY 2016
* Anticipated the acquisitions will be marginally EPS dilutive in the first half of FY 2016 and EPS accretive from the second half of FY 2016
* Agreements to acquire businesses of Applied Innovative Services (AIS) and innovative training and recruitment (itr), headquartered in south Australia
* Agreement also to acquire business of Insite Injury Management Group (IIMG) is also headquartered in south Australia with operations in NSW
* Says completion of the ais and itr acquisitions is expected to occur by the end of October 2015 and iimg by the end of November 2015
