July 20 (Reuters) - Global Construction Services Ltd GCS.AX :

* Gcs market update GCS.AX

* Says "will deliver a solid financial performance for FY 2015 despite a tough

market and lower revenue of $150M "

* FY 2015 reported group npat on an unaudited basis is expected to be in the

range of $8.5M - $9M

* Says FY EBITDA expected to be in the range of $26M - $28M

* Commences FY 2016 financial year with approximately 70% of our budgeted

revenue already committed and started

* Says east coast jv - smartscaff has continued to grow throughout FY 2015 and

this trend is expected to continue in to FY 2016

* Further reduction in the net debt to equity ratio to approximately 15% as at

the end of FY 2015"
