* Acquisition of sc services DCG.AX

* Upfront consideration of $14M

* Says business expects to continue to grow based on secured work spanning the remainder of FY 2016 and FY 2017

* Vendor will also be entitled to deferred consideration based on the actual level of EBITDA achieved by SC Services in FY 2016

* Says upfront consideration will be funded by a combination of cash and existing facilities
