* Contract includes the return of the company's security deposit of

* Agreement also covers the termination of the joint venture agreement and the

* Company is continuing to work on the finalization of them and anticipates
lodging them in the near future
* Agreed with M&A Ventures Ltd, owner of shares in Hanhong (Hong Kong) Limited,
not to proceed with proposed acquisition
