* Says current after tax disputed amount is approximately $91M

* Says Ausnet Services is disappointed with the outcome of its High Court appeal

* Ausnet services' decision to pursue this matter is reflected in the position adopted by the dissenting judges

* Says matter is now finalised in favour of the ATO

* Says High Court handed down its decision on co's appeal against disputed tax assessments issued by ato for 2001 to 2006 income years

* Says dividend guidance for FY 2016 is unchanged at 8.53 cents per share

* Says payment of primary tax gives rise to additional franking credits

* Will be required to make a final payment of anout $60.4M to the ato
