* Iron Mountain agrees to sell most of its aust business REC.AX
* will not oppose the proposed acquisition of Recall Holdings by Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE:IRM)
* acquisition is also being considered by competition authorities in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Canada
* in effect, this undertaking would unwind the proposed acquisition in the markets of concern in Australia
* iron mountain has undertaken to divest its Australian business, other than local records management customers in northern territory and data
protection business
* acquisition is also being considered by competition authorities in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Canada
* Had concerns that acquisition, in absence of undertaking, would have likely to lessen competition for physical document management services
* Considers that proposed acquisition does not raise competition concerns in respect of two business areas being retained by Iron Mountain
