Dec 14 (Reuters) - Law firm Maurice Blackburn has launched a new class action lawsuit against Crown Resorts CWN.AX , it said on Monday, alleging that the Australian casino giant's governance failings caused a massive share price plunge in October.
The lawsuit also alleges Crown managed operations that were not in the best interest of shareholders between December 2014 and October this year, and is seeking an order that the company buy back shares from affected investors.
Crown could not immediately be reached for comment.
