IGM Biosciences (NASDAQ:IGMS) fell 21% after it announced plans to to prioritize its pipeline of T cell engagers in autoimmune diseases, including ongoing clinical development of imvotamab in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. It also announced Mary Beth Harler, M.D. was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and to its Board of Directors.
Biohaven Pharma (BHVN) fell 2.5% after it announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $250 million of its common shares.
Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR) fell 2% after it announced today that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 of its common shares.
