New South Wales residents have been warned to check their eggs following news of a salmonella outbreak.
The NSW Food Authority recalled Ash and Sons Eggs with best-before dates of April 26 and May 3. The recall includes Farm Fresh Eggs 600, 700 and 800g, Fresh Eggs From My Farm 800g and Blue Mountains free range and cage eggs 700g.
The Ash and Songs Eggs farm has been placed under quarantine. Owners are working with authorities to determine the source of the outbreak.
