Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.57%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS), which rose 2.93% or 6.5 points to trade at 228.0 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (COP:GN) added 1.75% or 2.1 points to end at 122.0 and Nordea Bank AB (COP:NDA) was up 1.56% or 1.15 points to 75.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tryg A/S (COP:TRYG), which fell 1.47% or 1.9 points to trade at 127.7 at the close. Novozymes B (COP:NZYMb) declined 1.34% or 3.9 points to end at 287.0 and Carlsberg A/S B (COP:CARLb) was down 1.07% or 5.5 points to 507.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 93 to 66 and 5 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.09% or 0.04 to $45.13 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.86% or 0.41 to hit $47.95 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.08% or 0.90 to trade at $1114.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.14% to 6.6663, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4597.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.19% at 96.23.
