Aug 31 (Reuters) - Australia's Qantas Airways Ltd QAN.AX said it will extend its partnership with gulf carrier Emirates EMIRA.UL for another five years, but cut the number of Qantas flights to Emirates' hub Dubai.
Qantas said the extension would provide a benefit of more than A$80 million ($63 million) a year to the airline from fiscal 2019.
The extension is subject to government and regulatory approval. ($1 = 1.2650 Australian dollars)
