Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Multi Investment and Transport sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.38%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320), which rose 10.20% or 2.00 points to trade at 21.60 at the close. Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050) added 9.84% or 1.85 points to end at 20.65 and Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SE:2120) was up 9.09% or 1.10 points to 13.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070), which lost 9.73% or 3.30 points to trade at 30.60 in late trade. Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) declined 9.68% or 0.60 points to end at 5.60 and Alujain Corporation (SE:2170) shed 3.32% or 0.65 points to 18.95.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 118 to 36 and 17 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.24% or 0.13 to $53.90 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.19% or 0.11 to hit $56.74 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.53% or 6.10 to trade at $1152.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.38% to 3.9484, while USD/SAR fell 0.03% to 3.7500.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.28% at 102.37.
