SYDNEY, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Australia's central bank kept its cash rate steady at a record low 2.0 percent on Tuesday in a widely expected decision as it waited to judge the impact of past easings.
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) made the announcement following its monthly policy meeting. All 27 analysts polled by Reuters last Friday expected no change this week.
