DUBAI/HAMBURG, June 19 (Reuters) - The lowest offer presented at Egypt's state grain buyer GASC international wheat purchasing tender was $203.95 per tonne for 60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat, traders said on Tuesday.
The offer was made by supplier ADM.
GASC is seeking cargoes of 55,000 to 60,000 tonnes for Aug. 1-10 shipment.
No purchase has yet been made and results are expected on Tuesday.
Traders said these offers were made on a FOB basis in dollars a tonne, with tonnes offered when available:

"The Black Sea region continues to dominate Egyptian tenders with the United States and west EU absent," one German trader said.
The wheat was sought for shipment between August 1-10.
At its last tender on June 12, GASC bought 420,000 tonnes of Russian and Romanian wheat for shipment from July 15 to July 25.
