May 30 (Reuters) - Fortescue Metals Group Ltd FMG.AX :

* Fortescue secures the second towage licence at port hedland FMG.AX

* Total capital cost of developing infrastructure and operating vessels is

expected to be less than US$200 million and will be incurred in FY 2017 and

FY 2018

* Pilbara Marine, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortescue, won tender for second

towage licence at the port of Port Hedland

* Says under the terms of the licence, Pilbara Marine will construct marine and

landside facilities
