BEIJING, April 20 (Reuters) - China National Offshore Oil Company exported 548,000 tonnes of refined fuel under the so-called "processing" scheme in the first quarter of this year, nearly doubling the level from a year earlier, according to a company statement on Thursday.
* CNOOC exported fuel to the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
