May 25 (Reuters) - Engie CEO Isabelle Kocher tells French parliament that by the end of the company's three-year restructuring 90 pct of its earnings will come from low-carbon power generation

Engie's kocher says:

we are convinced that extending the life of our belgian reactors makes economic sense

* nuclear will remain part of our energy mix

* engie able to inject at least 10 percent of biogas in its networks by 2030 and probably more

* US us imports will represent from 2019 one percent of engie gas imports, not possible to say what part of that will come from shale gas

* Engie will take time it needs to realise asset sales plan

* Engie's may have to take a loss on some of its asset sales, but better to take loss early than late

* after two recent asset sales coal will represent 10 percent of Engie'senergy mix

* Engie plans to transform some coal plants in biomass, but hard to find stable feed for biomass

* in countries where coal will remain major part of the energy mix, Engie will sell its coal plants

* expects valuation of its shares will be boosted by transformation, even if earnings remain stable, as investors want different kind of company

* Engie's kocher says we will continue to invest in power storage

* looking at all scenarios for hazelwood, australia plant, closure or sale are possible

* we fight to be able to extend hydropower concession of company nationale du rhone which ends in 2023

* we have had months of talks with national and eu regulators about hydro, we hope to get equitable solution soon
