Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Services, Industrials and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP lost 0.15%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconexion Electrica SA (CN:ISA), which rose 1.35% or 180.0 points to trade at 13500.0 at the close. Conconcret (CN:CIC) added 0.82% or 8.0 points to end at 988.0 and Empresa De Energia De Bogota (CN:EEB) was up 0.77% or 15.0 points to 1965.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which lost 2.36% or 280.0 points to trade at 11600.0 in late trade. Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) declined 1.82% or 160.0 points to end at 8650.0 and Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) shed 1.07% or 15.0 points to 1390.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 13 to 12 and 4 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.79% or 1.02 to $129.47 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 0.42% or 8.00 to hit $1894.50 , while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 2.68 to trade at $1255.78 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.31% to 2918.67, while BRL/COP rose 0.18% to 889.38.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.20% at 97.14.
