  • What happens when half of the Russell 2000 companies go out of business? Will it be the Russell 1000?, COVID Russell 2000?, Zombie 1000? The majority of these companies make losses and have distressed balance sheets beyond belief? I realize the market is not a market, it's now as rigged as a casino with algo traders and fake news. If Trump wanted to win the hearts of people from an integrity point of view instead of self interest, he should write Executive Orders for any misleading behavior and news between Pharma companies in the COVID race and the FDA, being a consequential as the punishment's for subprime loans and corrupt ratings agencies. Oh yeah, I forgot, nobody got legally prosecuted except for 1 scapegoat. Maybe China will ban Tesla from manufacturing in China? Maybe France will slap huge tariffs on Amazon distributed goods and iphones. Time to sell out and take a break. Good luch "investors" and for the algo folks, You go broke when a bond or bank collapses in the next 3-4 months

    • Haha, yeah, temporarily until they replace them with the next best 1000 :)

  • Wall Street Journal has the Shiller / CAPE of Russell 2000 at 58.75, S&P500 at 31.5, and Nasdaq at 27.21. I have no idea why people think the top end of town is over valued, when the small caps are screaming out to implode!!!

    • Diving out of the small caps into cash, as this Index is so flawed by ignoring the 60% of listed companies in the index with negative P/E ratio and balance sheets screaming distress and bankruptcy sounds. Bumpy times ahead!!!
