He joined the company in 2008 as an investment analyst and became a portfolio manager in 2012. He earned a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an Accounting Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University,and holds the CFA and CA designations

Biography	Cecilia Mo, MBA, has more than 15 years in the investment industry and joined GCIC Ltd. in 2011. An award-winning portfolio manager, Cecilia is focused on consistentstrong performance while providing downside protection. Cecilia began forming her value approach to investing in 1996 when she joined Neuberger Berman. In 2000, she joined a leading global mutual fund company progressing from analyst to portfolio manager. Cecilia earned a BA in business from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
