The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth from a diversified portfolio of primarily Swedish mid- and large cap companies listed in Sweden. The Sub-Fund will focus on investing in shares, subscription rights and depository receipts listed in Sweden. The Sub-Fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in shares, subscription rights and depository receipts listed in Denmark, Finland or Norway. The SubFund shall invest at least 50% of its net assets in mid cap and large cap companies of which the market cap of the company at the time of the investment exceeds 1% of the total Swedish regulated markets.
