Investment Strategy

The investment policy of the ACC Alpha select fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth. The investment strategy is designed to take particular account of quality, creditworthiness, growth and market strength when selecting equities from a widely diversified international investment universe. To this end, fundamental and technical stock analyses (bottom-up) are combined with top-down approaches. The stocks are valued using a quantitative model that has been tried and tested for many years and takes into account both growth and value criteria. The long-term nature of the investment horizon is supported by a buy and hold strategy that minimizes the number of transactions. A significant performance contribution is to be generated through active investment grade management.
