Vanguard Whitehall Funds - Vanguard Emerging Markets Government Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by The Vanguard Group, Inc. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of emerging countries across the globe. It invests in U.S. dollar-denominated bonds issued by governments, government agencies, government-owned corporations, and banks. The fund invests in securities with maturities more than one year. It seeks to track the performance of the Barclays USD Emerging Markets Government RIC Capped Index, by using representative sampling technique.
