Tidal Trust III - Stoneport Advisors Commodity Long Short ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Tidal Investments LLC. It invests in commodity and fixed income markets. For its commodity, the fund uses derivatives such as futures to invest in energy, metals and agricultural/livestock products. It invests in commodities futures through a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Stoneport Advisors Dynamic Commodity Index – Total Return, by using representative full replication technique. For its fixed income portion, it invests in short-term U.S. Treasury securities. It employs long/short strategy create its portfolio.
