TH Heavy Engineering Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the fabrication of offshore oil and gas related structure works in Malaysia. It operates through three segments: Construction Services, Offshore Crane Works, and Others. The company fabricates offshore oil and gas facilities, including jackets, substructures, topsides, modules, decks, living quarters, process skids, modular compression skids, booms, and inter-platform bridges, as well as well head, central processing, and compression platforms. It also undertakes hook-up, commissioning, topside maintenance, and petrofit works. In addition, the company provides marine engineering services to oil and gas companies, and marine vessels operators. Further, the company is involved in the manufacture and service of marine and offshore cranes, custom made cranes, and deck machineries; and provision of ship building and repair services, as well as related after sales services. It has a strategic collaboration agreement with SMHB Sdn. Bhd to focus in the areas of project management, project planning, engineering services, and construction of infrastructure services. The company was formerly known as Ramunia Holdings Berhad and changed its name to TH Heavy Engineering Berhad in June 2012. The company was incorporated in 2003 is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. TH Heavy Engineering Berhad is a subsidiary of Urusharta Jamaah Sdn Bhd.
