In addition, it offers mobile and Internet banking services; and various banking, forex, and money transfer services to non-resident Indians, as well as involved in merchant acquiring business. As of March 31, 2016, State Bank of Mysore had a network of 1,037 branches comprising 243 metro, 225 urban, 228 semi-urban, and 341 rural branches. The company was formerly known as Bank of Mysore Ltd. State Bank of Mysore was founded in 1913 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, India.
