Prime Finance & Investment Limited is a Bangladesh-based nonbanking financial institution. The Company’s principal activities are to provide investment and financial solutions in an integrated manner to individuals, small and medium enterprises and large corporate houses. It has diversified financial services, which include lease finance, term finance, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) finance, real estate finance, car finance, consumer finance and factoring of receivables. The Company’s products and services include lease finance, term finance, real estate finance, bill discounting, bridge/equity finance, syndicated finance, SME finance and hire purchase. Its deposit products include three months deposit, six months deposit, one year deposit, two years deposit and 3 to 5 years deposit. The Company’s branches are located at Motijheel, Gulshan, Uttara of Dhaka and in Chittagong and Rajshahi. Its subsidiary is Prime Finance Capital Management Limited.
