Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the extraction and sale of logs in Malaysia. It operates through four segments: Oil Palm, Oil Mill, Logs Trading, and Others. The company is involved in the development of oil palm plantations and relates activities, as well as planted forests; and palm oil processing and related activities. It also provides air transportation services; management services; and fabrication and workshop services. In addition, the company is involved in the cultivation and trading of birds’ nests; development and maintenance of planted forests; forest plantation and logging contracting activities; marketing of timber logs; and production and trading of coconuts. It also exports its products. Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1960 and is based in Sibu, Malaysia.
